Terms & Conditions

1. General

Welcome to my website. By booking an appointment, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site and services provided by Leo Brennauer.

2. Booking Policy

Appointments can be booked directly through my website. Please ensure that all information provided during booking is accurate and complete.

3. Cancellation of Appointments and Rescheduling Policy

Given that I manage a busy schedule and need to allocate my appointments accordingly, cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made within 48 hours after booking.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as force majeure, that prevent the appointment from taking place, we will work together to find a suitable solution for rescheduling.

For self-inflicted scheduling conflicts by the client, no rescheduling or refund will be provided.

If the client arrives late to the appointment, the time cannot be extended. The time slot is reserved for the client only for the duration initially booked. No partial refund will be provided in this case.

4. Service Limitations and Overbooking Policy

Due to time constraints, I reserve the right to limit all services to a maximum per month, and in some cases, per user per month, as well as to impose restrictions on song length. Occasionally, technical issues may lead to overbooking. In such cases, I will contact the customer to find a solution. The following options may be considered:

  1. Cancellation of the booking without conditions.
  2. Rescheduling the booking to the following month.
  3. Attempting to fit the booking into an available slot within the current month.

In any case, I reserve the right to unilaterally cancel the contract in the event of overbooking.

 

The current limitations are as following:

  1. Review & Feedback Your Song: 10 per month | 3 per person/month | 5 min track lenght max
  2. Mix & Master Your Song: 2 per month | 1 per person/month | 3 revisions | 5 minutes max
  3. Pimp & Enhance Your Song: 2 per month | 1 per person/month | 3 revisions | 5 minutes max

 

5. Payment Terms

Payment should preferably be made before the appointment, but must be completed within 7 days after the appointment date. Please note that a late fee of $5 will be charged for every week the payment is delayed.

6. Formal Agreement

By booking your appointment, you are agreeing to a formal contract and consenting to these terms and conditions.

7.Delivery Times

The Delivery times vary for each product:

  • Review & Feedback:
    • Text-Feedback: Within 3 days after payment & song received
    • Text-Feedback: Within 5 days after payment & song received
    • Text-Feedback: By appointment
  • Mastering: 3-7 days after payment & song received
  • Mixing & Mastering: 7-10 days after payment & song received
  • Pimp & Enhance: 7-14 days after payment & song received

7.Special Terms for Limited Master

All rights remain with the original creator and are not affected by the master.

Please note that the Master-Service covers only 1-Track mastering, meaning no stems are required and no additional mixing adjustments will be made. For more detailed work, including both mixing and mastering, please choose the “Mixing & Mastering” service.

7.Special Terms for Limited Mix & Master

All rights remain with the original creator and are not affected by the mix & master.

8. Special Terms for Pimp & Enhance Your Song

I retain the rights to my modifications. However, with prior agreement and the conclusion of a separate contract, publication can be considered in certain cases

9.Special Terms for Review & Feedback Your Song

I reserve the right to cancel the order within 48 hours of receiving payment if I am unavailable due to personal reasons (vacation, illness, etc.) or if a technical error occurs. The total amount will be refunded.

Once the order is received, the client may send their song(s) via WeTransfer or another cloud service provider. Upon receipt, I will provide feedback within 3 days (either in text or video format, depending on the service). The client is guaranteed up to 3 questions answered; beyond that, I cannot guarantee a response depending on availability.
