Please note that by booking your appointment, you are agreeing to a formal contract and consenting to my terms and conditions.
Of course, I know that life can throw unexpected curveballs—whether it's the dog eating your phone, the internet getting sold, or the moon casting the wrong light.
That said, given that I manage a busy schedule and need to allocate my appointments accordingly, I appreciate your understanding that cancellation and rescheduling can only be made within 48 hours after booking.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as force majeure (like if the internet is actually sold or the dog needs a vet visit because it swallowed the phone), that prevent the appointment from taking place, we will certainly work together to find a solution to reschedule.
